Assistant Head of Operations (Kyaunggon)

Manage all process from all department of ASP. Serve with a long term strategy and short term objectives which are approved by Managing Director and Group CEO.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow up all employees in ASP to be new talented people.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

  • Male preferred
  • B.Arg.Sc (or) Any graduated with Dip in Agriculture
  • Under 40 years
  • Must have experience in Contract Farming at least 5 years with Management Level
  • Willing to travel

Job Description

  • Create a plan for monthly activities schedule and reports to MD.
  • Make a plan for Quarterly target if there have any changing for renew.
  • Reports to MD every service activity, incentive get from supplier.
  • Make a planning for Quarterly target results of all ASP Departments.
  • Review target plan of after sale service if there have any need.
  • Review financial results and provide supporting if there have any need.
  • Visit to each ASP branches one time in every two months.
  • Submit the incentive plan to MD according branches sale results from every department.
  • To meet with new staff within one month whenever we have new staff assigned.
  • Make a strategic plan to become market leader of Spare parts sales.
  • Make a strategic plan to become leader of service team.
  • To build a good relationship with supplier and big clients.
  • Every before seasons visit to sub dealers and make marketing plan.
  • Every leader engagement two month per one time.
  • Creating strategies with senior management.
  • Developing policies that will correlate with strategies.
  • Implementing effective processes and standards.
  • Managing customer service and ensuring customer retention.
  • Overseeing compliance with regulations.
  • Managing all IT solutions.
  • Reporting on operational progress.
