Assistant Manager (Mandalay)

Report To - Sales Manager

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead to achieve hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team under the instructions of Sales Manager.
  • Lead to design and implement a strategic sales plan and ensure to increase sales and develop Midea RAC Products.
  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of team.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
  • Setting sales targets, allocating areas sales and proceed the route plans for team.
  • Create and maintain strong dealer relationship and Direct Customers.
  • Collecting customer feedback and the competitor information.
  • Involving with Marketing due to products launching, trade shows and seminars.
  • Prepare the data for weekly AR Meetings, Sales Meetings and Marketing Meetings.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports to Sales Manager.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

  • Between (27) and (35) year old.
  • Effective relationship building skills, Communication skill and Leadership skill
  • 60 % Monitoring and Supervision, 30% Dealer Relation, 10% Clerical
  • English Language 4 Skills
  • Excel, PPT, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Modern Apps
  • Sales/ Marketing/ Leadership/ Management Certificate or Diploma
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Engineering Knowledge is more preferred
  • Sales/ Leadership/ Management Diploma is more preferred
  • Accounting Knowledge is more preferred
  • Experience in Residential Aircon Field at least 3 years
  • Prefer Male
  • Prefer who can drive and holds a license
