A year into our fight against COVID-19, it is impossible to deny the huge impact that the pandemic has made on the world. In Myanmar, many of us have suffered through pain, fear, grief and loss. It is a sobering reminder of just how fragile, and yet, precious life is.

It is this reminder that keeps our fighting spirit burning in hopes that we may one day conquer COVID-19 and put its dark memory behind us. Thus, at GBS, we have consciously chosen to take an active role in this fight. 

Understanding that no effort is too small, GBS is proud to announce that we have contributed a donation of US$100,000 for the COVID-19 Vaccination Fund. Together with Myanmar Agricultural Development Bank and its Managing Director, U Min Thu, GBS shares the hope that by supporting the COVID-19 Vaccination Fund, we will be one step closer toward finding a cure to prevent, control, and eventually, to stop the spread of the virus.
