A family dream actualized. Five brothers in Mandalay united to set up Good Brothers’, a business specializing in the sale of farming machinery.

An extension to its originator, Good Brothers’ Machinery Co. Ltd. (GBM) became the first private farm machinery factory in Mandalay, Myanmar.

GBS founded VSK International Co. Ltd. The company serves as a distributor of household products such as electronic appliances and water pumps. VSK mainly distributes products by well-known brand Midea.

Three Swallows Construction Co. Ltd. was established as a firm that specializes in construction, renovation and interior design.

United Agriculture Products Processing and Trading Co. Ltd. (UAPPT) was established as a commercial rice mill plant, specializing in the post-production and export of rice products.

GBS created a new department specializing in the customized production of farming vehicles such as tractors and trailers, and later, diesel engines. This development would lay the foundation for Yangon Wuling Diesel Engine Co. Ltd., which was officially established in 2016.

GBS founded KUBOTA G.B.S Co. Ltd., specifically as an authorized distributor for products made by Japanese brand Kubota Agricultural Machinery.

Good Brothers’ Microfinance Co. Ltd. was established with the aim of supporting the fundamental financial needs of the farming community in Myanmar.

Good Brothers’ Chemical Co. Ltd. was established with the aim of providing chemical products for farming in Myanmar.

With the backing of 268 shareholders, Good Brothers’ Agricultural Services Public Co. Ltd. (ASP) officially launched its operations in the November of 2016, helping to resolve labor shortage issues faced by farmers in Myanmar.

Power Winner Co. Ltd was established as the sole distributor of premium-level Platin and Hyundai Enercell batteries and Royal Power batteries.

Zoomlion (Myanmar) Co. Ltd was instituted as a subsidiary and exclusive distributor of ZOOMLION Tractors in Myanmar.

Good Brothers' Finance Co., Ltd. was established to cater to the specific financial needs of the farming community.

GBS Hardware Mart Co. Ltd. (previously Good Brothers’ Spare Parts Department) established itself as a separate entity to reflect more of the subsidiary’s expanded business direction, which includes hardware for the agricultural, marine, construction and industrial sectors.

Good Brothers’ General Insurance Agent Co., Ltd. was founded in 2021 and currently collaborates with GGI Marine Tokio General Insurance.

Good Brothers' Life Insurance Agent Co., Ltd. currently collaborates with GGI Tokia Life Insurance.
